Dedalos studios is a rebranding project for an appartment
complex in Naxos island, Greece.
The main idea was based on the myth of Dedalus,
a mythical inventor, created wings made of feathers
and wax to escape from Crete. Considering the
above, the letter D has a wing shape, as the basic
element of the general design.
Inspired by the Cycladitic architecture, the logo was
designed with a minimalistic approach, having blue as
the main colour.
Light and dark blue were used, symbolizing the different
shades of Aegean sea.
The branding material included stationery and other
hotel items like towels, slippers, shampoo bottles
etc.
